Free Parking

Parking: Parking is available in the red brick parking garage located behind the trolley barns; the garage address is 15 Lea Avenue, Nashville. Proceed down the sidewalk to the front door of the EC at 41 Peabody (the EC’s front door faces Harper’s).

To receive 3 hours of complimentary parking, simply scan the validation QR code at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center front desk. The parking garage is managed by Metropolis, so be sure to have your license plate number ready if you have not set up a Metropolis parking account.

Which building is the EC?

The EC is in building 41 on the campus of the historic Trolley Barns (signage is limited). We’re the one-story brick building at the corner of Peabody and Lea Avenue. The entrance is on the Lea Avenue side, across from Harper’s.
