As the Director of Programs, you are a key member of NEC’s program team and are responsible for the execution and quality of NEC’s accelerator and community offerings. This includes oversight of NEC’s stage-based accelerators (TakeOff and InFlight), the Project Healthcare accelerator, and the Community Manager who drives membership and workshops.

Director of Engagement

The Director of Engagement is a vital member of the program team, working closely with the team to support entrepreneurs across various service offerings at the NEC and beyond by leading the NEC’s alumni, advisor, and capital networks. This is a cross-functional, highly relational role that blends community building, systems design, and hands-on founder support to ensure depth of founder outcomes and the continuity of their NEC journey.
