The practical stuff.

Can I bring in visitors if I am a member?
Yes! You can register visitors on the member portal. Members must be present when the guest arrives.
Where do I park?
Please park at the Trolley Barns Parking Garage at 15 Lea Ave. We can validate your parking for up to 3 hours via a QR code at the front desk. (Please know your license plate number if you don’t have an account with Metropolis parking, or scan the QR code in the garage.)
What resources and amenities are available with cowork?
Amenities include a variety of seating, standup desks, meeting areas, internet access, printing access and more.
What hours am I able to access the cowork space?
Membership provides access Monday through Thursday 8 AM–5 PM and Friday 8 AM–4 PM. Those with a designated desk receive a 24/7 building access card.
How does membership billing work?
Membership packages are billed monthly. Since month-to-month billing starts on your sign-up day, we do not prorate. No extra fees on sign-up and no cancellation fees.
Does the EC offer private office space?
We do not currently have private offices, but we do offer dedicated desks if your own landing space is needed.
I only have one other person in my startup. Can we share a membership?
Unfortunately, no. We do offer team discounts — Trea can help set that up for you.
How do upgrades or cancellations work?
Log into your member portal, click your name in the top right corner and select “Plans and Benefits.” There you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel; changes are reflected in your next billing cycle.
