We’re excited to introduce the Fall 2025 Cohort of Project Healthcare—our program built for founders who understand that healthcare innovation requires more than good intentions. This cohort brings together 14 companies led by entrepreneurs with deep healthcare industry experience who know that the best solutions work within existing systems, not around them.
These founders have spent years in healthcare settings, understand regulatory requirements, and have seen firsthand where the system breaks down. They’re not trying to reinvent healthcare—they’re solving specific problems that make life better for patients, providers, and caregivers. From diabetes management to workforce training, from organ transportation logistics to end-of-life care, they’re tackling the challenges that require both clinical knowledge and business expertise.

What’s Next?
Over the next 12 weeks, these founders will focus on the unique challenges of building healthcare companies: regulatory navigation, clinical validation, provider partnerships, and scaling in an industry where patient safety and compliance aren’t optional. They’ll work with mentors who’ve built healthcare companies, understand the regulatory landscape, and know how to work with hospitals, health systems, and payers.
This isn’t about moving fast and breaking things. Healthcare innovation requires moving thoughtfully and building trust. These founders understand that the best healthcare companies improve outcomes while working within existing care delivery systems.
Want to connect with any of these founders? They’re solving critical problems across diabetes care, mental health, workforce development, patient safety, and healthcare logistics. These companies combine clinical expertise with business acumen—exactly what healthcare partners and investors look for.
