Jeff Kasper: Betting on Himself and Owning His Time

From College Graduate to Entrepreneur

For EC Member Jeff Kasper, entrepreneurship was never just about making money—it was about freedom. From the moment he started hosting events and selling protein shakes right after college, he knew he wasn’t suited for the traditional nine-to-five grind. Despite his Mechanical Engineering degree from Milwaukee, the thrill of building something from nothing was addictive. This drive ultimately led to Jeff Kasper betting on himself and owning his time. From there, he started Elevated Longevity.

A Devastating Setback: Rebuilding After the Crash

He didn’t realize how much resilience it would take to turn his passion into something lasting. A car crash in his late twenties nearly took everything from him, leaving Jeff wheelchair-bound and uncertain about the future. For months, he faced physical pain and the emotional weight of questioning his independence. For someone who thrived on movement and energy, the stillness was suffocating. But sitting there, forced to rebuild from within, he realized:
If that didn’t kill me, nothing can.

Resilience and Redemption: Finding Strength in Wellness

Once Jeff was back on his feet, he focused on his health. Health and fitness became more than a routine—it was his redemption. The more he immersed himself in wellness, the more he saw opportunity. He wanted to push the boundaries of recovery, performance, and longevity. Cryotherapy, cold plunges, infrared saunas, red light therapy, and hyperbaric chambers were once for elite athletes. Jeff knew they were the future of wellness, and he wanted in.

Betting It All: Relocation and Reinvention

Jeff’s journey wasn’t glamorous. He lived on couches and air mattresses in California, moving from city to city, chasing leads and ideas, fueled by ambition and protein bars. Eventually, he relocated twice, betting everything on a vision that recovery would become as prioritized as training. He invested every cent into his business, and slowly, the tides turned.

Building a Business in the Wellness Industry

Today, Jeff brokers cutting-edge wellness tools like red light beds, cryotherapy machines, saunas, and cold plunges. He supplies these to high-end wellness centers and homeowners alike. Jeff has built a thriving business based on the belief that taking care of your body is the ultimate investment.

The Real Measure of Success: Owning His Time

When asked about his biggest achievement, Jeff won’t mention revenue or clients. “I’m grateful that I own my time.” After years of struggling in corporate jobs that didn’t fit, Jeff realized his success wasn’t in what he sold. It was in the life he designed. He bet on himself when no one else would, overcame setback after setback, and emerged stronger. Now, he wakes up every morning knowing his schedule is his own, his work fuels his passion, and his struggles make his victories sweeter.

The Future is Bright: A Journey That’s Just Getting Started

Jeff Kasper’s story isn’t just about wellness. It’s about resilience, refusing to settle, and building something from scratch. His journey is one of passion, purpose, and growth. If his past is any indication, he’s just getting started!
